As long as the residents choose a terrorist organization to lead them in Gaza, there will be a blockade. There HAS to be. Hamas admits it will just bring in arms to be used against Israel. The situation is unfortunate in Israel/Palestine. Israel should not have been arbitrarily placed. Placing that aside, while everyone longs for security, the current infringement of Palestinian lands by Israel and walling Palestinian people in should be seen as wrong by anyone of any faith. It means that while the operation is meant to attack Hamas members, many civilians die in the process. And in extension, israel attacks civilians.
