this training is rubbish. upper body should be trained first and lower body afterwards. always finish your workout with abs and finally with neck exercises ! so neck exercises must be a part of the training because by increasing it, it permits more blood to the brain and back to the heart. it should always be the last thing in a workout.if neck exercises do not take part in the training you are creating a NARROW passage for blood.
The muscles of the back are longer when your arms are pronated. So pronating when the lats are their longest will work to achieve more range of motion. When you retract your scapula with the arms pronated before bringing them back to the supinated position while pulling the weigh back to your body you will also feel more isolation.

On the seated row, does pronating and supernating the forearms just isolate the back a bit more?
