Back in 1995, when that movie was released, PCs were equipped with 4 or 8 MB of RAM. 1 GB of RAM was a hell lot back then. But of course, just having a lot of RAM doesn't help you to break into PDAs.
LOL back then in the mid 90s when this movie has been released I used to have a computer with 16 MB RAM and this was supposed to be high end for consumer market. 1 gig of RAM is worth nothing these days.
