The idea is that all decisions will become gradually objective. That is, there's no need for politicians to debate about it. No need for opinions. Even the most complex issues can be resolved with the scientific method.
Then there's no control "human-human" anymore, as in the past. The control will be automatic and completely non-threatening.
Management isn't bad if it's based on intelligence. It's quite appropriate that the host questioned it, because our current system's flaws impose themselves on critical minds (i.e. the majority). Lesser intelligent people's management skills worse. In my own view, I'd like to see reward systems based on different levels of intelligent operating a future system. In fact, I want my own reward for creating such a composed Youtube comment. ...I kid! Give the above comment a cookie while we're at it.
