You can easily see from your video that NYC Is not 'perfectly' on the line that you describe but to the right of it by some miles. 0:20 .

You use the term exact alignment to describe the three universities; it would be interesting to see just how close the 'alignment' is.
We might also ask how accurate Google Earth is for measuring angles and distances then speculating.
