@ROMANIA20008 The F-22 is completely dominate over the SU-37 in everything. The F-22 is capable of doing the kulbit, look for one in a f-22 demonstration. The kulbit is a uselss manuever in a dogfight anyways.
@dyegunswin Actually it doesn't, the M16 is more accurate on longer ranges, but it is harder to handle in close distances and it is known to jam quite frequently. This is only the comparison with the AK-47, later versions such as the AK-74, AK-101 and so on prove superior to the aging M16, where M4 is a good competitor, but it is supplied only to special forces. The AK-47 was proven in all combat conditions, and it is no wonder why it is considered one of the best weapons on the world.
This maneuvre is indeed a Kulbit, and not a Cobra. furthermore, the SU-37 isn't the only plane that can perform this maneuvre, most planes with thrust vector control, eg. the F22, can do it.
However, the SU-37 is until now the only plane to perform the 'Super Cobra', this is a variation of the normal cobra, where the 90° nose up position is maintained for several seconds before returning to normal flight, instead of dropping the nose immediately.

Report to US congress 2007 (GAO-07-406SP on page 78):
The F22 have at least 2 structural problems:
- The F22 have cracks in the aircraft's aft boom where the horizontal tail attaches to the fuselage.
-The F22 have cracs in "titanium casting" materials near the engine.
A key reliability requirement for the F-22A is a 3-hour mean time between maintenance, but but right now the mean time between maintenance of the F22 is LESS than 1 hour! The F22 is junk, its very unreliable!

this isnt cobra maneuver - this one is called kulbit. cobra doesnt include a full 360dgr flip.
