yes sims2 u can hav a baby. just get them both in bed and stuff then click on them and choose the option, try for a baby, and if u hear that lil tune, then u got her pregnant. just be careful u dunt get twins

It's a think called Windows Movie Maker. Create videos in the game by pressing the "V" key on your keyboard at the beginning and ending of what you want to be your video. Then import it into a video editor on your computer. Then you can put clips together and edit it.
