  • This shit is crazy I only did 9 min on my first try and it 45 min

  • 60 days is plenty of time to transform your body. If you dont believe what im saying just ask and soldier or marine about basic training.

  • I am a 45 year old female that is about 60 pounds over weight and have not worked out in about 25 years. Can I do this? Or should I try another program?

  • @nadjahlover You should try doing normal cardio and some strength training first before trying Insanity. There's a lot of quick movements and different exercises in short intervals so you're always doing a new exercise every minute or so. There's also a lot of jumping/hopping involved. But this program is great to get into a lean physique.

  • @nadjahlover it all depends if u have the energy and motivation for it.

45 yrs old is not super old.I think u can do it even if u start off very easy.

Just keep in mind this program is all about cardio, nothing else.

  • ok tbh i did insanity and i really didnt see any results... idk why?? wat couldve gone wrong?? i sweated and busted my ass for sixty days and NOTHING =( i dug deeper and everything... idk why i lacked in results

  • @JOSEMusicPage

Did you follow the diet plan? That, with exercise will give you the best results.

  • Like a boss

  • Lol p90x is a tag

  • @wyciskTV 45 minutes

  • How long is one session?

  • I'm currently on my second round of Insanity. i did it for the first time last summer and it truly changed my life, I can't get enough of it.

  • hi im 16 nd let me give u some advice i think u can do it u jus gotta push ur self cuzthts wat im do n so good luck nd u mite hv to watch wat u eat

  • Im 14 and i want to get a 6 pack really bad. I have gone through some workouts but i want to feel that hardcore burn that u feel when u do a good workout. I did this one workout, first day i felt that burn i like, second day, did the same workout same effort and didnt feel anything. So even though i'm 14 can i do the insanity workout?

  • THIS IS MADNESS!

  • @darkorochix

    madness?

    THIS IS SPARTA!!!!!!!

  • THIS IS MADNESS!

  • I have noticed over the years that people will do anything, to retarded diets, to buying home fitness crap. But the one thing the average person never does is bodybiulding, why? People treat it like the plague, and they dont even realize they're doing watered down versions of it.

  • I been on INSANITY for a year and a half. Even with my personal training background, this workout is a severe challenge. My body looks soooo fierce after INSANITY. I swear to you this workout is a God send!!

  • @holyspiritgirl111 Me too, it got me in amazing shape and I just can't get enough

  • @Algastar Have you tried INSANITY Asylum yet? Fierce! I'm doing the INSANITY and Asylum hybrid workout. You'll love it...I know it :)

  • @holyspiritgirl111 No I haven't but I've heard about it, I might have to check it out ;)

  • LOLZ getting ripped in 60 days. Ha, those pics of people at day 1 and day 60 are just different people. Any smart person knows there isn't a shortcut to getting ripped.

  • @jackwilliamburgess its not a shotcut, its commitment. this workout is no shortcut, most shortcut on diet, which is most persons initial fail at any goal in changing their body...

  • @1012mafia i'm not saying the workout is a shortcut. I'm just pointing out that the pictures between 1 and 60 days are fake.

  • Another thing you can do is mix p90x with insanity. That way you are getting max cardio training plus max strength training. The results are amazing. I've done p90x and insanity and know a lot about both programs. I'm also a Registered Nurse and have lots of advice to give about health and wellness. You can contact me with questions, or to order the products. I can help you save 25% on all beachbody products. Click my profile to find the link to my coach page.

  • I persoally like the p90x better since it seems to be more well rounded but maybey using both systems would be good. Use insanity for the plyometircs and cardio and P90X for the weight training.

  • @jabobabo thank you, watch the video on crossfit where greg glassman is challenging p90x people to come to the games. and yes try crossfit, its kinda like this stuff, but shorter and with weights so its more muscle endurance than cardio.

  • can 12 year olds do this?

  • @zipyalipz you probably can, but if I were you I would go play basketball or soccer or some team sport or join a martial arts club while you have time. That's the advantage of being young. This is more for out of shape people like myself that can't find time to do fun workouts that we really like...I wish I had time to play soccer or basketball like I used to at your age. I wouldn't be looking for this video if I did :) Good luck.

  • great workout program to lose weight

  • @timguyperson Cardio looks funny? Let s see how much them weights help when you have to run from someone ready to crack your head open or a dog about to tear your ass off.

  • @mashh4cashh I will tear that dog's ass off first with my bare hand and put it on a fire pit.

  • My best friend Emily is gonaaa be doing this with IHS Football team YAY!!!!!! bahahaha!!!!

  • @snickerfrittzz

    girls can't play football...

  • nice work with the before an after shots definately not the same people.. wtf! try using proper before and afters, show the real results

  • @ilynshit I think its the same people, that one dude has a tattoo on his chest in both, plus there are people who actually show their insanity journey and they get results just with the DVD on youtube. These people they show here actually work with Shawn T so I'm sure they REALLY get a workout.

  • will u get the same results by doing Darrins Dance Groove?

  • I caught this advert late and didn't get a chance to see any female before and after shots...none here either.

Like.....I'm pretty thick. I wouldn't say fat because I don't jiggle or have much cellulite, but I have "abnormal" proportions lol. Like a lot of extra junk in my trunk x_x, and ridiculous thighs, but a flat stomach. You can actually see ad definition....I think I'm fat -.- but everyone just says I'm thick. LOLS....if you're catching my drift here.....being a "sista" and all lol...

  • Anywayzzzzzzzzzzzz...based on my body structure, being well proportioned...LOLS....but not too well rounded as to where I have much to lose, BUT could stand to lose more than 20lbs I'd say......would this program make me bulky as I lost or give me a leaner look? Cuz I love my figure....just not the size that it is now :\. Anyone know?? Cardio like running and aerobics, since this seems more strength based due to the repetitions, would be my best bet maybe? Or since it's total body I'd be ok?

  • I would appreciate some feedback though since I want to go to the Air Force within the year x]. And I already lost 37lbs yay! ^_^! Butttttttttttttt my girth doesn't seem to be going down -.-. My cellulite is gone though.....ewww I know right? LoL, and my bunz look fan-tabulous!! OMG!! But, I would like to keep my figure but just in a slimmer range. Like I think a 7-10 is amazing =]. Or would I look like Serena stacked x_x and lose my figure with this program?? Any program/workout suggestions?

  • @21SayWhat21 this is very good if you want to stay smaller and drop fat. my wife and I do it, and it's wonderful, but very, very hard, so gotta be motivated!

  • ahh dont u just love these stupid adverts..

  • @premierclip i heart them~!

  • lol its insane!!

  • If you're going to do both programs, do Insanity first so that you don't lose your P90X muscle.

  • im looking forward to do INSANITY after im done with my P90X...insanity look like big challenge to me and i wanna challenge myself

  • i just started this program, and i am on my third day, and already have pretty defined 2 pack

  • only time ud turn into that is if you dont go to work, eat sleep, or breath you do it ALL DAY LONG!!!RAHHHHHHHHHHHH I'm doing insanity because I'm a freerunner and I need all the stamina I can get for the summer

  • i am done whit P90xot . did skipp some days anyway and did not feel that i did push all that i got. but still got som result and strength. now i am doing P90x plus and after that i am going to do insanity. and then mix P90x plus with insanity.

  • the backing sounds like evanescence hello lol, but might try this after finishing p90x

  • day one--day 60 complete different people in every example lol, no one could get that ripped in a two month program ha ha

  • This is awesome! The cardio of p90x

  • Great way to get some high intensity cardio training and to loose some weight quickly. But long term this is a disaster for your joints.

  • what do u mean by disaster for joints ?>? im doin it for about7 weeks.. i got really good results and i just wanna start it again.. so what is the side effect of that joints u said,, >

  • I mean if you continue to do it for a long time you run the risk of knee, ankle and back injuries etc... A lot of his exercises is high impact like the plyo exercises. I mean it is not something you can do for many years without running risks of injury.. Depends from person to person though..These problems take many years to show up normally in your late thirties...

  • are these side effects that you said because of being hard,, or of being wrong or something not standard ?? because I play soccer especially freestyle, and want to know... and thanks for the info

  • love this omg order it you will love it it is tuff but just keep going lotsa water and good shoes!

  • Could you do insanity and lift weights? I only lift about 3 times a week and don't want to give it up.

  • some people combine p90x and insanity

i dont remeber how but 1 guy did post a vid on his method

  • @mrfrosty8172

just change out the ply and kenpo with insanity's plyo and pure cardio/power cardio & resistance

  • @mrfrosty8172 that's a bit of what I'm doing! I'm doing p90x but doing some of the insanity workouts to replace the more cardio based workouts in p90x. Def an intense program that will leave you dripping

  • i want to order this but im not sure can someone tell me what to do i want to know if it really works

  • if you're at a beginner level of fitness i would recomend P90X before making a jump the Insanity. You can get the exact same results but it is brought to you in a different form over a period of 3 months. After the completion of that Insanity would be reasonable. Hope that helped.

  • let me tell you right now.. this works. seriously.. im 17, 5'7 female and i THOUGHT i was in pretty good shape but insanity proved me soooo wrong.. ive been keeping up with the diet and workout just as it says and im in week 3 and ive lost almost 10 lbs already

  • after reading the comments, i think im going to do insanity, because i want to loose weight fast!!!

  • I was sick yesterday but today i'm on Day 45 and still going strong .

i got my video of day 1 - 30 progress.

its pretty cool if you take the time to lookat it

hope everyone is doing great with their workouts!

  • it seems too heavy for beginners or fat people.

  • I'm coming towards the end of my 1st month. The shoes I were wearing were an old pair of none cross training New Balance. Just finished an Insanity workout with my new pair of cross trainer New Balance shoes and whhhaaat a difference! I was able to go 10% harder. They're not lying when they say get a pair of good cross trainers.

  • He was on my morning news station (Good Day Sacramento CW31) it looks really good

  • I agree with mrCLICKman, both are good programs, and it depends on what you want. I've done P90x twice and in the middle of insanity.

I actually find insanity easier that P90x, because with P90x, You have to sustain a concentrated effort for a longer period of time. With insanity, I just free my mind and go. It's tons of fun, and I've lost a lot of bulk. I plan on alternating between the two over the next year.

But everyone is different, has different goals and likes, and will react differently.

  • In p90x Tony taught everyone about "MIXING" things up in his program and how it's gonna make fast results....well looks like I'm gonna mix this up with p90x.

    INSANITY+P90x= Movie style results

    ^That's my theory^.

  • Completely agree with ya Homie haha i got bored with P90X after about day 68 and im going to insanity, and back to p90X

  • + good food

  • @HomieInBlack Movie style results, I like that. After I'm finish with my 60 days of Insanity, I'm gonna mix it with 2 days of weight training at my gym or get P90X to mix.

  • @totaljett p90x is good for muscle

im on my 14th day and im seein good results

but if u get p90x get small weights

    i got

    10s 15s 20s

u need some light weights for some of the incredibly difficult moves

but after i complete p90x im going onto insanity

  • I go to the gym, eat proper nutrition and rest. Lets see how long will it take to get ripped. I also uploaded my first video to see where I started.

Good luck to everyone who are working out!!!!

  • i did P90x before this, and it doesn't even compare in intensity. I've been on this workout for over 3 weeks now, and it's easily the most intense pace at which i've ever worked out at. physically (not mentally of course) it's harder than Navy bootcamp.

People...if you wanted to do this workout to build way more solid muscle than P90x, all you have to do is put on a 20 pound weight vest.

  • You thought navy boot camp was hard physically????

  • heck no man...i was "athletic po" for my division...i blew through bootcamp. i also blew through pre-BUDs (never actually went to coronado though). this workout is lightyears past all that in intesity. i'm into the second phase now, and it's totally bananas.

  • try crossfit

  • crossfit is a good time too, if you have a gym nearby. but if you travel alot (military, etc), this dvd set and a portable dvd player is the way to go. i've taken this workout on weeklong camping trips...i doubt i could've hiked a crossfit gym deep into the hills of southern missouri, as to not miss a workout.

  • This is defenatly for me. I got too bulked up in the gym, never liked the bodybuilder look always wanted that lean athletic look so started doing more plyos, sprints then came across this and bingo. If youve already been working out and just want to get lean and cut this is for you if you need muscle then p90x. Im gonna incorporate insanity with my runninig/sprinting and then later add p90x to maintain some muscle. I can handle it im built like a football player.

  • ppl you do not need nun of this u look great the way u are...

haha now seriously get this workout video and shake that ass off

have fun cuz this is an INSANE workout

  • p90x is better!

  • depends on what you want.

if you want speed, explosiveness and hops then you do insanity.

if you want size and strength, do p90x.

no reason to diss the other.

  • @mrCLICKman if you want speed, explosiveness and hops then you do weights.

if you want size and strength, do weights.

  • @DTran31 THANK YOU!!!

  • @mrCLICKman Thay is very true

  • @mrCLICKman or do insanity - then p90x

  • @mrCLICKman ya but if u hit the gym and lift then do insanity, your gonna have a lot better results than if you did cardio at the gym and then doing p90x, trust me on that one

  • yeah i really wish i did starting strength and then went on a cut with p90x/insanity afterwards.

i was so obsessed with getting skinny a year and a half ago (i was 50+ pounds more than i am now about 2 years ago), that i just did non-stop cardio and now i'm skinny-fat with a ton of loose skin. really wish i just did a strength routine to work on the base moves like squat/bench and then moved on to something like this.

ah well, more to go on my fitness journey lol

  • @mrCLICKman HOPS?

  • @discfunk he's probably referring to the plyometric workouts..

  • I ordered, mine will be here this week. Can't wait to get started!

  • I think I am going to try it. I only have 2 more weeks till I finish my 90 days on p90x, then I will start this one.

  • Looks great! I don't know, but I think this will be better than P90X.. guess we will see
