are you speaking of upper lashline eyeliner or waterline? wet n wild is the best, I kid you not, upper lashline eyeliner.. as far as waterline.. even using the 24/7 I use a matte black eyeshadow to set it and it lasts much longer xoxo

yeah, black always works great unless its the shiny kind. which colored liners usually are- kinda shiny... either that or they are very chalky feeling. for some reason the colored liquid liners always crack towards my tearduct when i blink. it sucks :(

I hear if you have oily lids the staying power isn't the greatest, but not sure if they have smudging issues as well. If you want an eyeliner that doesn't smudge at all, get the wet n wild cream eyeliner in a pot. It's not as convenient, but the staying power is miraculous.

i thought i was the only one who LOVES fabu liner! lol... i use fabu liner and rimmel lash flirt everyday!  and sometimes w/a light cream/french vanilla color eyeshadow w/some white eyeliner in my waterline. the lash flirt is awesome cuz its so black! i have lighter lashes so it works wonders for me.

for drugstore items? That's a tough one. I hear that Too Faced Shadow Insurance is the best primer for oily lids, but not sure about drugstore ones. I personally use the NYX jumbo pencils, but they're pretty creamy so not sure how they work with oily lid-types. hugs

Well.. A lot of people's faves are Revlon, but if you're saying affordable lipstick fave I'd say NYX, but if just drugstore I'd say Revlon.. =)

The Wet n Wild Creme Liner is my Holy grail. My cousin found it in February and told me about it and I use it every single day. I've had it for a good 5 months and it's still not dried out...and yes, it takes FOREVER to get off your eyes...that's the 1 thing that bothers me...

Yes! Some people probably will find that it's lasting power is a good thing and not a bad thing. I LOVE that it stays, but ya, don't want to have to tug at your eyes to remove the product either. Still is A+++ in my book! Hugs to you!

The Lash Flirt is really good mascara. The original one I had to just toss after the first few uses. I also LOVE the Jordana liners for lips and eyes as well. I have the the two blues that you have and they make great liners as such a low cost. Great ideas. i need to check out the wet n wild liners.
