When I manage to find it, I use the handheld turret too. That thing slaughters enemies. And I have it on the PS2, but never got the PS2 online, so I didn't try the online.

@darroni123 That's not entirely true, while Jesper is super awesome, there are also the composers for Deus Ex, System Shock 2, and Unreal. Very atmospheric and engrossing, similar to what Jesper always seems to achieve with his music. Check out the music, or even better check out the games Well maybe not System Shock 2, that game has trouble working on XP, don't know about Vista though.

Got canceled because Eidos and Io made the "rational" decision not to cash in on a follow up of their epic franchise. Funny, Eidos have always been a good decision making company, but their choices to scrap the new Legacy of Kain and FF2 were bad one in my opinion.

Well I don't know if the russians would go as far as australia in the game. As I remember they were starting their invasion on the USA so even if it was another city (maybe washington?) I wouldn't mind. A mountainous setting would be nice, but much of the awesomeness of the game came from the city-like carnage to me really.

A modern UK fight would be great, they could make it look like world war 2 but in modern day. I love the idea of a Castle fight, with modern weapons. A bit like the one in Resident Evil 4 but on a big Freedom Fighters scale :) I believe in the game it says the Russians took over the UK after World War 2, but there's no reason why there could be a big resistance after the first game... Nice idea :)
thought it would be a good choice :) or... another good choice would be resistance in Russia!! the people want change in Russia and the only way to get change is to use force!!(no, not like the force in star wars, i mean like in deadly force)!! so it would pretty much be Russian Civilians VS. Russia Military. it would probably be a heck of a lot of fun fighting your own country but your just civilians so it might be had fighting a fully trained army with fully stocked weapons. But it would rock!
For example, if I was to play GTAIV on the PC, I would have to spend hundreds of pounds replacing system components with high-end hardware, whereas I can play it on the PS3 by simply putting in the disc and loading it up.
But when playing the game on the PC you could connect with as many people as you wanted in your own freeroam server and communicate over Xfire while playing whatever modification you made for the game.

its really not that bad..although i do feel alot more comfortable with a control, its not very hard. and its about a 2 hour download for free with the internet i have so its a good deal.
How could you possibly not like PC gaming? It's superior to console gaming for so many reasons, yet the majority of 'gamers' still buy consoles. The only real reason I could see that would prevent anyone from buying a PC is the cost, and recently that has become an even worse argument. With PC games you can edit, reshape, or remake the standard copy any way you'd like so long as you aren't getting profit from it. That alone nearly triples the replay value, not to mention keyboard and mouse.

Well I don't know if the russians would go as far as australia in the game. As I remember they were starting their invasion on the USA so even if it was another city (maybe washington?) I wouldn't mind. A mountainous setting would be nice, but much of the awesomeness of the game came from the city-like carnage to me really.

United Kingdom or as you probity know England. They take castle and you had to take them back. Now how does that sound?? and you have modern weapons. think about that. cuz England has some pretty cool places to fight, huh?? i think so, and its not that far from Russia!! A modern UK fight would be great, they could make it look like world war 2 but in modern day. I love the idea of a Castle fight, with modern weapons. A bit like the one in Resident Evil 4 but on a big Freedom Fighters scale :) I believe in the game it says the Russians took over the UK after World War 2, but there's no reason why there could be a big resistance after the first game... Nice idea :)

thought it would be a good choice :) or... another good choice would be resistance in Russia!! the people want change in Russia and the only way to get change is to use force!!(no, not like the force in star wars, i mean like in deadly force)!! so it would pretty much be Russian Civilians VS. Russia Military. it would probably be a heck of a lot of fun fighting your own country but your just civilians so it might be had fighting a fully trained army with fully stocked weapons. But it would rock!

For example, if I was to play GTAIV on the PC, I would have to spend hundreds of pounds replacing system components with high-end hardware, whereas I can play it on the PS3 by simply putting in the disc and loading it up.

But when playing the game on the PC you could connect with as many people as you wanted in your own freeroam server and communicate over Xfire while playing whatever modification you made for the game.

The main area where we trump PC users is compatibility.
If I wanted to play some of the best games out at the moment for the PC, I would have to do a major overhaul of my current system, which would cost an absurd amount, simply to run a game at the best graphics settings possible.
Not so with the consoles, because every game that comes out is made for the console's system.
We don't have to be frequently upgrading our systems in order to enjoy the latest games.

No. No you wouldn't. You see, If you want to play some of the better PC games out at the moment you would have to buy them. Most of the better PC games out right now are older ones, and even low - end PCs can run them. Even if you wanted a PC upgrade, you could just make one from scratch for around 750 U.S. dollars.

If I wanted to play Crysis (which I used to), I would have to acquire an absurdly high end system in order to play it on full graphics.
For the record, 750 USD is around 500GBP - again, I would have to spend hundreds of pounds upgrading my PC.

Amazing game. They had some put some serious thought into this game and put a ton of innovation behind it. I actually LOVED the story. Russia invading the US and people leading a resistance? Good shit. Good to be an American.

How could you possibly not like PC gaming? It's superior to console gaming for so many reasons, yet the majority of 'gamers' still buy consoles. The only real reason I could see that would prevent anyone from buying a PC is the cost, and recently that has become an even worse argument. With PC games you can edit, reshape, or remake the standard copy any way you'd like so long as you aren't getting profit from it. That alone nearly triples the replay value, not to mention keyboard and mouse.
