I purchased a 820HD series about 8 weeks ago and it;s speaker went on the blink,I phoned tom tom and spoke to a rep who instructed me to do a couple of things first,he said I could post it direct or return it to the place of purchase,I opted for option two and I picked it up after 10 days from Harvey Norman.Tom Tom replaced it with a new one.
I am very happy with the 820,HD,I live in a country town and I cannot wait to get down to busy melbourne to really see it in action.Well Done Tom Tom!
