I have been through some unfortunate events. I understand this couple because I am now in a very happy loving connected relationship. All it takes is noticing the simple little things that make your life happy. Surely there is much to be grateful for. My family had to flee their home country because my race was being exterminated. The after effects were death, poverty, starvation and human trafficking of young boys and girls as young as 3 or 4.. I am grateful for being alive.

Diet is more about balance, exercise and creativity and not about meat or no meat. I'm skeptical. Those are my results maybe you've had different results worth sharing? I mentioned coffee and sugar only because people drink lots of coffee and its something more practical you can decrease from your diet. Peace.
