Well, you have to know what and why the wool people do what they do with wool to understand what is going on. What is actually happening is she is "opening" the fibers so it will spin better. I have made several of these in the past and sold them on ebay, till the economy went "south". While I did make them, they got rave reviews by people that bought them.
I see her dropping chunks of wool in at one end, wiggling a drawer handle back & forth, and see wool coming out the other end. It's not at all clear why she is doing that. Or what is happening to the wool as it goes through the box. Sure would be nice to see what is happening to the wool *inside* the box.
@TrickleCreekFarm Hello, actually, I made it. I made several and sold on Ebay till the economy went flat. I might start again if enough interest is shown. They are very well thought out and very nice looking (and labor intensive), if I do say so myself. I sold them for $298.00

Hey - what a nice looking "old" woman - ha - my dear Auntie Opal.......I've shown this video to mom and my daughter and now my granddaughters...... it is great..... my granddaughter just got thru combing their St. Bernard and had a pile of hair - and I said thei could pick it - they said - oh go pick your nose - ha.
