@isuckatguitar12 You can go to the gym, specifically one of those foam pits. Find a nice, soft edge and try it from there. Here are a few steps:

1. Jump straight up and fall on your back

2. Jump straight up and fall on your upper back area (not neck)

3. Jump straight up, tuck and land over your head (safely).

After you get this comfortably, you can progress onto harder surfaces. Remember to be safe, rather than sorry.

@gabackermann I do not consider palm flips in any way impressive. I had a very bad problem with fear tho, highly irrational. In fact, this move is quite easy and I am sure that every person who has a half-decent backflip (even if you can't land it, as long as you go over your head) can do this move with some training. The way I presented this video was mostly because I wanted to show that sometimes things like this can be quite scary and the fear difficult to overcome.
