@lolking4 theyre called precisions first of all and second of all you need to dive forward and then stick your feet out and land on the balls of your feet. also try to take off on the balls of your feet. just some random tips. i hope they helped.

@lolking4 def do squats, over and over. then put on coats, blankets, hold heavy things and jump up and down over and over and over! you should feel like your going to die, thats a good thing. now run and jump as much as you can outside in circles.
