@wca1221 theres only a lap bar and its not scary at all :) im 11 and i went on this dont worry about anything its really fun and when you go the first time youll wanna go again and again

I love this Roller Coaster. I waited 90mins for it once. Worth the wait cause of the music being played.

when i was on it there was a 45min wait then they had technical difficulties it ended up being an additional 30min but it was a good ride

this roller coaster is great! but after i rode it once they did a test reason(for some reason) and the car got stuck. look at my vid for a pic of it stuck

It goes upside down only once all the way I think, in that very first loop. You go extremely sideways but never completely upside down after that. There's no shoulder harness, which may seem like it's not very secure, but the lap belt they have is thick and heavy, and trust me, it won't budge. In fact, the lap belt was a little too tight, but I'd rather that than too loose. It's a great ride and if you get the chance, definitely wait the two hours to experience it!

@broadwaystar92 so there's no bar to hold on to? I mean there are some roller coasters who have the sholder ones and then bar that are by the sides and in front of you. Just a lap belt?

@Cinlouxx Yes. Just no shoulder harness. The "lap belt" is hardly a "belt" -  it's this huge thick piece of I guess man-made materials. There are little handles on the lap belt.

@Cinlouxx Sure thing. It can't be...what? Do you mean CAN you ride on it? Of course. They haven't had any problems with it that I know of. The wait is really long though - but it's worth it.

@Cinlouxx For me, the wait is the worst part. I get anxious when it comes to coasters as well. And trust me, when you'll see Rip Ride and Rockit tower over you, it looks REALLY scary, but you WILL enjoy it. I promise you.

When did it open? It was suppose to open in Spring 2009.. then it was July 2009.. and I was there in July and it still wasn't open! Was so annoyed I didn't get to ride it :(

I went in August when they just opened it for public testing - I was one of the first to ride it - AMAZING COASTER I had "insane in the membrain" by cypress hill playing - it was epic.

i went spring break 2009... it still needed the first drop to be built... man! in spring break 2008, I saw the simpsons ride was underconstruction i came back this year and i ride the simpsons ride now.. i see another one i need to ride!

i went on this rollercoaster during the "technical opening". i waited for 2 and a half hours as they didnt know whether to open the coaster or not. when i finally came off it it was a fab rollercoaster and everything worked apart from the videoing.

I've been reading more on this and it seems that right now its just soft openings (random times) to test out the technical issues and fix any bugs. So there will be an official grand opening date and from what I read the soft openings will be for about 4 weeks.

I can not believe they just opened this with no warning or exclusive season pass holder access. Most new rides they give season pass holders exclusive access for like 2 days. Guess they just wanted to pull a suprise opening.
