The vids filled with hate, false prophecy , death and destruction get the most attention when videos like this one of hope get little attention. Some will not listen because of their age, but another little known truth exists. Sometimes you cannot find wisdom with time, wisdom is a gift and can be received at a young age. Damn, I gotta comment on this vid again...I get embarrassed about my heritage when I hear some of the elders and chiefs talk; so archaic, so hollywood "noble savage." This vid is truly makes me proud.
I'm feeling less and less cynical, dare I say it, even hopeful.
When someone realizes what is wrong and tries to make it right it is met with many challenges be it in a family or group or sections.
It was touching to see the youngster offering 'conch' shell as a gift, or the knowledge inherited, or the ability to teach right. This is a a very beautiful picitorial essay. It will reach many to open eyes and help pave way for the changes to come.

Normally I trash everything, but I gotta say, this is pretty good.
Not too fond to the "red road" reference. It's a bit "hollywood Indian" it can be overlooked though because they're youngsters.
They're modern, but they know where they come from. These are real Anishinabe.
