100% agree, every person in a free country should have the right to defend themselvs, their family and their property. Why do we protect the criminals so much? not long ago prisoners were made to work their ass's off cleaning/cutting grass along highways from dusk till dawn in a chain gang. Arms and guns ARE the same thing dip shit. Canada does NOT have the same laws or traditions regarding firearms. The simple fact is that when gun control is in affect the rate of violent crimes goes up. Not to mention that it is every humans natural right to defend themselves and their property to the best of their ability. Are you naive enough to think that gun control will work on the criminals who don't follow the law in the first place? No, it just gives them greater ability to inflict harm.

You don't have a clue. I am a Canadian from Vancouver (now in LA) and I can Tell you Canada has very strict gun laws (registration and Lic. of gun owners). It is against the law to use a gun to defend your life even!!!!!

Yet gangs and criminals obtain and use guns at will! I personally have witnessed murders and rapes. There is a lot of crime covered up by politically correct idiots!!! con't.

Violent criminals in Canada are kept in check by off duty cops and prison guards that take the law into their own hands and dispose of particularly evil scum that are slapped on the wrist by our pathetic liberal (hate decent society) courts. In rural areas people carry use guns with no regard for liberal gun laws and the RCMP don't touch them because they know what reality is as opposed to liberal freaks who don't have a clue.
