Great videos-- i look forward to more! we're short sale buyers and i'm greatly relieved that the listing agent and our buyer's agent will be working with mbs-law as our negotiators. Given that King County (which is where we are looking to buy) has great online resources such as detailed property tax assesments and online title records, I'd love to see another video that talks about property tax assessments and whether the banks look at this as part of the BPO process.
