I'm a fan of Olivia and ABBA and I have to say that both of them had better song. Oliva with "Long Live Love" had no chance to win against "Waterloo", maybe if she had brought "Angel Eyes" story would be different...

Thanks for posting this!....It is a good thing that Olivia Newton-John didn't win Eurovision that year. It would have killed her career! It is interesting that UK, Netherlands & Luxembourg all had that similar "polka" beat....

Problems of copyright. Now you can see Eurovision best 1972 without «New Seekers». I have to compose remix of 1973 too

Mouth from Mouth & Mcneal has died a year ago! And even Olivia was better than Abba. I must admit that Abba had later much more and much better songs than the others.

moment in Brighton that year was when that

drunken fool Mouth from Mouth & Macneal picked

up Agnetha Faltskog and shook her like a rag

doll, proclaiming "You are ABBA? I am stronger

than ABBA! We will win!" His embarassed entourage led him away into obscurity in the

'schlager swamp'....
