when i meant stuck it was a lot better her landing then than this year i should not have said that but nastia does have great form with pointed toes but she does have flexed feet and leg seperations on the uneven bars sometimes and she has form breaks when i say form breaks her legs seperates on her beam dismount and her floor exercise passes her legs are crossed thats what i mean by form breaks because she has them and like i said thats why she did not win gold in my opionion on the bars

I agree wiht you KawaiiRae. Nastia does has flexed feet sometimes in her routine but she is still great but it has happened your right and shawn is very stable on beam too. Shawn is a great gymnast too.. and yes I am a gymnast too and yes flexed feet happens a lot in gymnastics like sprinklefriend said but not all the time. In my opinion thats why nastia did not win gold in the worlds because of her form. she hit her routine and dismount was stuck and did not win.

flexed does happen once in a while to everyone, but nast does have nice toes throughout her entire beam entire, in her fx twisting and leaps and turns, in her vault, and on the bars (emphasis on 'ON' the bars)
