Joe Romersa's performance is beautiful on this track. It conveys such a disheartening feeling when I listen to it on my headphones on the mp3 player while taking a walk through the nearly empty city very early in the morning, late at night or on rainy days...

The voice adds so much depth to the feeling of helplessness, abandonment... All while purposefully suggesting a faint ray of hope to the listener. Great job!

That and the new 'pointy' fronted pyramid head look isn't as awesome as the original. In fact, if was only changed in the movie because the original design for the helmet would have broken the actors head... you know, as it ISN'T SOMETHING A NORMAL PERSON CAN WEAR. Thinking back on it, Homecoming had some stupid scenes that were totally shoddy, but ultimately it was a solid entry in the series. It stayed mostly true to the subject matter. The only problem I had was that it was less surreal and more action oriented. There was very little emotion until the later scenes too. The doll boss and it's story was SPOT ON silent hill style tho!
