  • I am an avid horror fan! The bloodier the better! I saw this episode when I was 25yrs. old at Oxford University back in the UK! The false security the girl has for the woman, I had a million times in my life by backpacking through Scotland every summer! This episode changed my life forever! Fellow males students had to walk me back to my room that evening I was so scared!

  • Creepy and disturbing.

  • is this the one that shows the lingering shot of the flypaper covered in flies(from a corpse i presume?).for some reason i recall seeing that as a youngster but not sure what programme

  • I love this programme! I have every episode on dvd but none of them ever scred me like this one. It makes my flesh crawl, and I didnt guess the twist, I just sat aghast at what was gonna happen to Sylvia, poor thing :(

  • This was probably the most sinister episode of this series. Very disturbing ending.

  • That music used to shit me up as kid

  • Road Dahl!

    what a author!

  • Wonderful times and a wonderful Bye-Gone Britain. Give me this and a Hammer House of horror anyday.

  • @BewareTheBeast i agree, these are class. i love the hammer stuff aswell.. its a bit different but the old episodes of the twilight zone are brilliant .

  • Batty book titles #234......"my father couldn't spell Ronald!" by Roald Dahl......lmao

  • sooooo scary!!!

  • this brings back memories of watching tv through the crack of the living room door when my parents thought I was in bed!
