the problem with cambodia, apart from cpp, is the ngo economy it breeds. Back when I lived and worked there I could bet my bottom dollar that there was an average of two NGOs in every other street. Mine alone had 3. And then there are those minions from the vatican. Come on! cambodia does not need cheap freebies and jesus. she just needs to be put back in touch with who she was in the 60s. she needs to be rid of the white superiority syndrome that only ensures she stays enslaved forever.
