I didn't know they were making another one! I'm happy and angry at the same time. I'm mad that they getting rid of most of the didn't aspect, that's what made this game great. I started playing when I was 7 and I loved it so much. Now I'm in high school and I still play them, yes I will most likely still buy it but I will be dissapointed to play without my Nightmare Before Christmasto help me out!

I don't Think It's a good Idea to get rid of disney in KH, for that Disney is what that makes Kingdom Hearts so unique & different than any other Anime-styled RPG games!. I do admit that sometimes Disney makes the game and characters look kinda dumb comparing to it's dark plot, but it's still an inseparable part of the game that makes it more fun, especially for someone like me, who grew up on disney classics!.

Personally I believe that Disney characters and FF characters make the manga and games that much more unique, if you take away such a key point it would be like all the other anime/manga/game stories out there, but that's just my opinion.... Oh and if anyone has the answere is this actually a PS2 game or is it just for the DS because several sites tell me that it's just for DS but these trailers are telling me otherwise....

I mean this game looks good and the birth by sleep trailer is great , but Mickey's appearance+ the giant heart kind of ruin it for me. Kingdom Hearts HAS been moving away from the Disney based content and getting darker in nature. I mean, even though I feel that Square enix leaving Disney behind wouldn't be the best plot idea, seeing as how most of the worlds are based on Disney movies and the like. Even so, the story line and plot is, regardless of Donald and Goofy, pretty dark.

And as far as F.F. is concerned, Square Enix has made it clear that KH will continue to be a brilliant collaboration of the two series.

I completely agree with you. I was 11 when I played Kingdom Hearts and the disney element was just something that brought me back to my childhood. The plot does seem to be getting darker with every game, but I think that the removal of disney from the game completely would take away what people love most about the game.

I gotta when i as 10 1/2 its such a great game even my sister watched cuz of all the disney princess. My fvourite world is in Kh2 the lion king world becuase that use to be my favourite movie in th world. Im glad to see someone appericate the disney aspect and like you wereing saying if they got rid of disney characters then sora wouldn't be made due to his aperance of having big shoes and ETC. and plus if they got rid of it it would be more like FInal Fantasy: Keyblade somthing lol.

i think xion was created from sora's memories of kairi. thats why she looks like kairi and can use the keyblade like sora. since xion is just a memory she wouldn't have a heart technically making her a nobody but diffrent that the rest. Of course she dies. She's never seen in Kingdom Hearts 2, not even mentioned. Also, there's a reason why it's called Organization XIII and not Organization XIV. There's something wrong with Xion in that they don't count her as a org. member by the time KH2 rolls around. Either she's not really a nobody (hence Xion = "No I" plus the X) or.. I don't even know.

i saw one of the scans on khisider and i was relieved to find out that u can switch ur keyblade, but u can only use spells a certain amount of times in a mission. Olympus Coliseum was one of the other confirmed worlds and u partner up with demyx, yay!
