Hi, thats a brilliant knott, could you use it for multiple droppers on a fly line, I am new to fly fishing and have no idea on fly knotts but this looks the business i presume you can tye the fly direct to this line added or do you have to add a lighter line, any advice would be appreciated. Yes, this knot is used for attaching dropper tags - to which the dropper fly is attached. I use the same material for my tags as I use for the main leader itself.
I thought I'd share a short, knot tying demonstration/video that might be useful for some of you. The knots in my video are variations of two knots that are commonly used for fly fishing. I was shown those knots while I was fly fishing at the 2006 Commonwealth Fly Fishing Championships in North Wales.
