Facebook will change your privacy settings at any time-I know, it happened to me many times and that's why I was fed up and decided to delete the account completely. I never got a facebook profile in the hopes that it would just be a phase. Ive kept my myspace (5+ yrs) and i know that the hope that it will become popular again feels about as possible as a second coming of jesus, but I really feel that myspace provides more to the user and facebook has just come along to steal the light. / hopefully Tom gets his ass back in gear and makes myspace faster, better, and safer than facecrook.

Think about it, we were all moving from MYSPACE when facebook started, because people were worried about cyber predators and stalkers, and the word on the street was facebook was safer than Myspace. all of you who quit facebook: you know your account and info is still there, right? your account is never actually deleted. THEY KEEP ALL THE INFO and you can sign back in whenever you want as if you never left.

i also heard something about the CIA owning facebook which this "hold and not delete" fact seems to back that up, imo

best thing to do - delete ALL your details and dont post, but use it JUST to keep track of your friends

@WeskJago Well, I permanatly deleted my Facebook and it was all gone. I done that by searching 'Delete Facebook Permanatly' and it was deleted within 2 weeks. I couldn't sign back into Facebook when I tried. Who knows if the info is still there? All I know is that its gone and I can live a happy life. =D

@WeskJago even if you deleted details AFTER they being post they deleted, but if someone as already seen those details ( photos, videos,etc ) they have that record and within that record they can get the photos and videos and this is 100% LEGAL since they said that they would do this in the Terms&Conditions  (sorry about my english i´m portuguese)
