Kate, im sorry but NO kisses :) The song choice is going to influence the video a lot. I would go for some SPANISH GUITAR( Eg: Siesta-Soothing spanish guitar) and try one of those romantic numbers.(I will send you the link to the song so that you can download it).I have noticed that you sometimes follow the lyrics in the song and the pictures are sequenced accordingly. Now if you take an instrumental music then you are left to your imagination completely. This is just a suggestion. All the best.

It's all in the song choice I have to admit, the song gets the brain a firing and then the clips start a flying and I just listen to the song over and over till I feel ready to tackle the editing, sit down and go at it!! So far I have been lucky other than Her Strut! that it has come fairly easily to me! So glad I was able to pick another great artist who I had never heard of before and seems to be liked.

I owe a lot to Fingersmith as it was that movie that led me to fan music videos, so I will go back to the movie as have not done a video for them since I have improved some of my editing, just a case of time and space needed to cut up the clips and store on my pc and with 705 of BG it does not leave a lot, so hence waiting on the new laptop with the new software that I will be learning at college, so Fingersmith may be the first video made on that!!

You are welcome. I did redo my clips which with extras ended up being 705 clips to choose from!! So as long as I can find the right song and have a slither of a concept I can come up with a video that I hope shows them in a new light, or a twist to the story as in this one, Helen helping Nikki escape for the night! I can always be inspired with N+H and love the challenge of showing shots we know so well in a new context.
All I can say is that I feel for them not being able to enjoy this wonderful show and this beautiful love story. I hope even if they don't know the show, that the video is some what self explanatory as the words should help explain the emotions involved, but if you have not seen the show find a way to watch it and then you will understand why it is so hard to resist making a NH video!

Thanks. I actually had a major issue with accidentally deleting the files that held all of the sound bites that synced with the clips, so I was a little choosy as to when I used them. A very unique and artsy take on N/H story. Love the close up of Simone with the Nikki dialogue. Really liked the black and white film playing in the back ground of the color film of them in the foreground. Editing and clips you chose were different which I really liked. Very professional looking. That close up of Simone was swoon worthy.

Thanks. I just find so much inspiration working with this show, so as long as I can pick the right song it is the most pleasurable experience to make the NH videos. Hell even on Her Strut that I personally hate!! I enjoyed watching NH but just did not like the process as much as I normally do, song choice is always the issue!!

It's all in the song choice I have to admit, the song gets the brain a firing and then the clips start a flying and I just listen to the song over and over till I feel ready to tackle the editing, sit down and go at it!! So far I have been lucky other than Her Strut! that it has come fairly easily to me! So glad I was able to pick another great artist who I had never heard of before and seems to be liked.

Thanks. I just play around with the ones that are offered with my software and then try and manipulate them and others I just find something that works and go with it! It's all trial and error and a lot of patience and trying stuff that works great in my head but crap on the pc!! I seem to find something new out every time I make a video so hopefully I can keep some of the effects fresh!

I owe a lot to Fingersmith as it was that movie that led me to fan music videos, so I will go back to the movie as have not done a video for them since I have improved some of my editing, just a case of time and space needed to cut up the clips and store on my pc and with 705 of BG it does not leave a lot, so hence waiting on the new laptop with the new software that I will be learning at college, so Fingersmith may be the first video made on that!!

You are welcome. I did redo my clips which with extras ended up being 705 clips to choose from!! So as long as I can find the right song and have a slither of a concept I can come up with a video that I hope shows them in a new light, or a twist to the story as in this one, Helen helping Nikki escape for the night! I can always be inspired with N+H and love the challenge of showing shots we know so well in a new context.

All I can say is that I feel for them not being able to enjoy this wonderful show and this beautiful love story. I hope even if they don't know the show, that the video is some what self explanatory as the words should help explain the emotions involved, but if you have not seen the show find a way to watch it and then you will understand why it is so hard to resist making a NH video!

Thanks. I actually had a major issue with accidentally deleting the files that held all of the sound bites that synced with the clips, so I was a little choosy as to when I used them. I did have more though that were tried out but did not work as I had thought, but I have to say the laugh is the one I like the most, just so damn sexy!

I was just asking my room mate, he turned 40 earlier this year if he felt it was a milestone because I know with my move back to England and college etc and my dreams for the future I can't help but feel that 40 is going to be a good number for me! And I will work on the Fingersmith video, but NH are just too damn appealing to work with!!

A very unique and artsy take on N/H story. Love the close up of Simone with the Nikki dialogue. Really liked the black and white film playing in the back ground of the color film of them in the foreground. Editing and clips you chose were different which I really liked. Very professional looking. That close up of Simone was swoon worthy.

Thanks. I just loved that shot of that eyebrow going up, of course in the real show it was being raised to Thomas! (boo hiss!!) but that's what I love about editing I can make her look that way at anyone! I hope one day to call this my profession so I appreciate the compliments, I have so much fun creating them.
