@ruben56ace The PSD is a FFL configuration, you’ll need to pay the $200 tax stamp and of course wait. The M6A1-S and the D-DEA is LWRCI’s way of saying thanks to law enforcement and provide a unique configuration. The D-DEA is a M6A2 in a nutshell. I hope this has helped.

@hamielrs Well we might have paid more for an LWRC but, I don't have to worry about poor quality BS produced by companies like bushmaster. I personally did not purchase the DEA but rather a 10.5” M6A2 and it has performed without any issues through multiple SWAT deployments and normal duty shifts. I now have 4,500 rounds through this rifle and it runs without compromise.

It looks full auto because LWRCI stamps all of their firearms with the auto symbol, but its only semi-auto. It’s not difficult at all to own one anyone can, you just need to pay the premium $’s for a premium rifle. Good luck and hope to see a YouTube video of yours soon.

This video is the main reason that I wanted to buy the M6A2 D-DEA, I actually called LWRCI last week, and they told me that they changed their policy and no longer offer this model to customers without a DOJ email address. Myself being a LEO could not even purchase this model, they did reffer me to the "DEA inspired model" that has all the features except the DEA markings.
Actually you don't have to be law enforcement to own this gun. I own one and my dad owns one both are DEA models. I don't even think they are offered in full auto (visit the website and read the specs on the gun) We are not law enforcement. Anyone with 2500 to spare can get the same exact gun. Nice video.
@lwrcM6A2DEA There you have it folks! Looks as if you don’t need a LE letterhead. When I went to get mine they would not let me buy it as a civilian (preferred method). They also would not distribute it to dealers (I asked about this). It was a direct buy from the manufacture with a shipment to the department or an FFL dealer. Funny thing is, I did not pay that much for mine? Post a video of your rifle. With a screen name like yours you should have a video of one anyways (proofs in the pudding).

@echo483, I assume you mean the upper only? Most AR platforms are universal across the board and require little to no modifications upgrades / swaps. LWRCI does sell the uppers only to match with your full auto / select fire lowers. If you are looking for a definitive answer to your lower then call LWRCI and ask, they have always been a great help to me.

That is the nicest configuration that LWRC offers in this platform imho! Also, I feel the LWRC AR's are top of the line and better than the HK416! H&K focused more on reliabiIity over accuracy, where LWRC focused equally on both! I have yet to see any reliability issues with this gun anywhere! If youre looking for a very reliable and accurate black rifle, this is the one folks! I love the finish, the flag, the case, AWESOME!

That is the nicest configuration that LWRC offers in this platform imho! Also, I feel the LWRC AR's are top of the line and better than the HK416! H&K focused more on reliabiIity over accuracy, where LWRC focused equally on both! I have yet to see any reliability issues with this gun anywhere! If youre looking for a very reliable and accurate black rifle, this is the one folks! I love the finish, the flag, the case, AWESOME!
