  • Wow! He just does this extremely far out trippy, but still down to earth, food with whatever he find for the day. Makes me proud to be scandinavian.

  • @76i86989789 you are a fucking bozooo.....

  • @76i86989789

  • he was born exactly the same day i was....

  • Psht. Albanian Nationalism. Do you even know if he identifies with being Albanian?

  • First video I watched ( Noma best restaurant in the world ) : Fucking Biggots and their love for wasting big amounts of money on small amounts of vanity

Second video ( this one ) : Noma is an amazing restaurant and I now have a lot of respect for their chef's opinion of food

  • @BaalsJurisdiction The funny thing is, these really high end places are actually pretty big money sinks. Top quality ingredients cost money, even if it's as local as this guy's. There's also labor, this guy has a dining room that seats 45 people at a time, with 2 seatings, meaning 90 diners. He has about 20 cooks working a service, that's not cheap. Then there's maintenance, fridges break, a waiter drops a tray full of wine glasses, that kind of stuff. Not much left after all that.

  • @BaalsJurisdiction Well said , thank you

  • Its not just a question of eating. Its an experience. Trying something you never had, probally never will again. When you eat you have alot of courses. With very strong flavours. in the long run, you will be full, not overfed as everyone is when they go to the local "all you can eat happy hour buffét".

Its a question of a unique and new experience. Everyone can make salt, sour, sweet, hot and umami. But only the best can make them play in a symphony of sences and aroma.

  • @janicojerome totaly agreed

  • The best restaurant in the world should have three michelin stars in my opinion. :o)

  • It's not tiny if you eat all 7 courses or a 12 courses.

  • I wonder how much that stick with juice costs....

  • He is albanian,i think some people have a hard time believing a albanian can actually do something good.Instead of selling drugs and killing people.

  • @makdeonijatom yes hard to believe, those gipsies only care about stealing

  • @KingAcosta28 And it's hard to believe that you suck.

  • I love the fact that its about nature life and passion , and little ego ... mother nature is the true artist quote marco pierre white

  • LOL whos the idiot making this video? look at the end ''whether they like it or not rexhepi is albanian origin''

oh sorry, u forgot the fact that his mother is danish, and that he has lived in denmark his entire life. nobody cares about ur east european shithole :D

  • @JackieD1988 Accually he was born and rasied in Macedonia, but any how wrong flag anyway :P

  • @MGSSNAKE1337 His father is Albanian and migrated from former Yugoslavia (the current Republic of Macedonia) to Denmark, where René was born and has lived his entire life.. So you are ALL right.. kinda

  • @ChewingWood well albanian, macedonian, who cares? he's a great chef! plus, if he were albanian, wouldn't he be called ReXhepi instead of Redzepi?

  • @CaJoAuGy dude seriuosly can you spell a letter present only in albanian?ive seen non albanian people trying to spell nicknames like these and looking like fools, they would take about 5-10 minutes only to read it LOL ive seen it myselfbut rexhepi is an albanian nickname present only in albania so i guess his albanian

  • @ChewingWood from yugoslavia? u are very fucking stupiddddddddddd

  • @kosovo96

Ouch. You really got me there huh.

How about, the next time you decide to waste space on the internet with one of your pathetic, illiterate and silly little outbursts of stupidity, you instead go write it on a piece of paper, curl it up and shove it up your ass. That way you would save yourself the embarrassment of showing how profoundly retarded you actually are . I'm wondering what in the world you could have misunderstood from my comment. You IGNORAMUS!

  • @ChewingWood haha, you're funny.. and I agree.

  • @sandrodream1 polpette col sugo taste like crap, not wonder u got no top restaurants. and the magazine top100 is based on chefs all over the world, they obviously dont think italy has that much to offer =)

  • @sandrodream1 here we go again. yesterday i ate an italian pizza and i puked all over the restaurant, and i was stuck on the toilet for 2 hours. then i made some danish meatballs and now i feel good again

now bye bye u patriotic maniac :)

  • @sandrodream1 do u expect me to remember every single restaurant i visited in italy?? give me a break

why the hell do u care that i dont find italian food special, and why do u care that only 1 restaurant is ranked in top10? cant u just fucking eat ur stinky food if u love it so much, and accept that many countries have other cuisines, that some people like more???

ACCEPT IT! if it can make u happy, i like thai food LESS than italian. my thai friends dont cry about that like a fucking baby

  • @sandrodream1 ive also eaten pasta in italy. italian food for me is nothing special. i missed danish food after a few days

good for you, u like italian food. that doesnt make it the worlds opinion

    get over it :)

  • @sandrodream1 they dont serve fish and chips at the Fat Duck (the top british restaurant). again you show the patriotic ignorance. search the name as look what they make

USA genetic food? wtf are u talking about? the top restaurants in USA uses ecological ingredients as well, just like the rest of the world

of course i know italian food, especially pasta dishes are somewhat popular in denmark. and ive been in italy 2 times. but i gotta admit its nothing special to me. u love it, i dont. so what?

  • @sandrodream1 ''all the world know the true that the best food in the world is from italy and france''

tell me then.. why is it that chefs FROM ALL THE WORLD rank 0 french restaurants and 1 italian restaurant in top10?

patriotic chefs?? LOL. and its also food critics. haha just admit it.. so far u have only come with ur own subjective opinion with no backup. its fine u like italian food, that doesnt mean its the opinion of the world ;)

  • @sandrodream1 now calm down and use your brain before posting comments..! yes, its a british magazine. but as i said, that particular poll is a result from INTERNATIONAL chefs and food critics, its NOT the opinion of a lot of british people.

and whats wrong with american food? you are being ignorant if u think their top restaurants serves Big Macs

San Pellegrino is a SPONSOR. their water could taste like piss, still wouldnt make a difference

in the end u are just pissed that italy arent in top

  • @sandrodream1 u seem very stubborn, biased and patriotic right now. if i dont like italian food, then i dont like italian food. just accept the fact that not everybody has the same taste as you. with only 1 top10 restaurant, clearly those hundreds of chefs also have a different taste than you

this discussion is so fucking stupid. its like ''what is the best, bananas or apples?''

YOU like italian food. good for you. that doesnt make it the best though, its a SUBJECTIVE PERSONAL OPINION! get it?

  • @sandrodream1 by the way what does danish food have to do with this? the food they serve in Noma is in no way traditional danish food. they invent new dishes with unusual nordic ingredients

but to answer your question: yes, i prefer danish food. thats how the world works my friend, people have different opinions. live with it, accept it!

  • @sandrodream1 okay relax, you have send me 3 personal messages about this now.. O_o

it feels like u take it personally when the highest ranked restaurants are not italian. the poll is a result from hundreds of chefs all over the world, including Italy.

YOU think italian food and restaurants are the best. thats fine, but why do u care about official rankings? why cant u just accept that u have a different taste?

cant see why its a joke. there are good chefs all over the world, not just italy

  • @sandrodream1 the list is made by the magazine ''restaurant''. its a result of hundreds of famous chefs, food critics, restaurateurs etc. so its not just 1 personal opinion, its the opinion on hundreds of ''experts''

apparently the best ranked italian restaurant is Osteria Francescana as number 6. its your opinion that italy has the best food, many would agree, many would not. Alberto is probably good, but calling him the best is just your single opinion

  • @sandrodream1 never said Rene is the best chef in the world. but he is the head chef in restaurant Noma, the current official #1 restaurant in the world. so hes no doubt one of the best

how can u say the best chef in the world is in Italy? whats his name? i think its hard to rank chefs, they specialise in different cuisines. like sushi, italian food, scandinavian food, indian food etc etc

  • What City Is He From Macedonia ....

  • @albinbeqiri he is from copenhagen. born and raised there. its only his father whos macedonian, but i think he has visited that country

  • thats pretty cool Uskana, were you in it?
