For those who don't know anything about this music and made comments. Ray Parker Jr, is not only talented but the group Raydio was an awesome group to this date. Hot 100 and R&B charts while also reaching #11 on the UK singles chart. To say this song is bad means that you have no clue about this type of music. Maybe if we mention that Ray Parker Jr also wrote the theme to "Ghostbuster", maybe that might bring you up to speed. Great song, great decade.

Oh wow, I haven't heard this song in ages!! I was 8 when it came out, and even at that young age, I could tell it was clever. It wasn't outright "dirty" so me and mom could both listen to it together. Lots of nuances-- not always explicit like most vocalists today.

The song has great chord progressions.
