i got a fix for Vista's BSOD, go to your local pc store by a cheapass Power supply for $50(i live in Australia that was the cheapest they had) they buy a OEM copy of Win 7 for half the retail price, come home remove BSOD program called Vista, install Win 7, problem solved, also note some excellent anti--virus software goes along way and don't install craked games, i installed one on my win7 and it bsod'd so i reloaded and didn't install it no BSOD!

most BSOD are caused by driver problem. It's been a long time since i use Pinnacle. But i do remember it installs some kind of driver. Maybe it's corrupted? Try to re-install the Software. If you got a TV card or something with Pinnacle, try to remove the Hardware driver first. You go to the Device Manager and find the Driver there and uninstall.

Hi, im having sme problems. usually my safe mode works, but now even safe mode itself has recevied the blue screen of death. i can't access any form of my computer (ie normally, safe mode w/networking and just regular safe mode) It looks like ill be able to restore the computer to its original manufacture mode but i have one last file that i really need on my usb that didnt fit when i originally converted my stuff on a backup. if i can just get on safe mode for a few minutes, PLEASE HELP! ty

I have a laptop and I encounter problems with Vista all the time. Not that kind though but my computer tends to run slow. If you open up a ton of windows you'll notice. I have 2 GB ram and I think I'm at 1.5 GB right now. Get XP it's better. There's too much junk on Vista anyways.

My laptop works perfectly at 2 GHZ processing speed with an Intel Pentium Dual-Core. Some games probably won't work at the speed that their on though. I'll need 3GHZ for that. Other than these things no problems.
