Judging by their material,Bailey and Locke have definitely indulged in Hallucinogens.
Bailey in particular talks about it almost as much as Rogan.A bong off between those two would be something to behold.
I prefer the unholy trinity of Carlin,Hicks and Stanhope.
Don't get me wrong,he's still plenty funny and far more imaginative than 90% of the hacks working the scene at the moment,particularly on the American scene.However,some of his bits don't quite work as well as they could do,and could do with some editing.
For instance,the whole Middle Eastern/Weed bit comes from completely the wrong angle.
