This was the OPENER for their concert. I was at this show. August 1980 to be exact. I was playing POOL, wasting time with my girlfriend (now/still wife). The Band literally slammed into THINK, THINK. Surprized everyone. This Video does not do their performance justice. Their Singer could literally sing the piss out of anything that came his way. Very Underrated, but never to be forgotten. Gee I wonder if their 1976 Cleveland Agora Performance was Video'd.
No video footage available from 1976. We're very fortunate that the 1980 and 1991 shows were taped. As for the quality of the videos on the channel here, we obviously choose to reduce the video/audio quality to not make it worth pirating.
We've been very fortunate to have some of this stuff surface recently, especially the 1980 WEWS footage! I also appreciate that the band permitted us to share it in these clips!
I could add it as a TAG so a keyword searchwould pick it up, but I've also used clips of it in some of the other clips - such as the studio songs. If you search on ARTFULDODGERSITE you'll get them all. The only ones up so far are She's Just My Baby, It's A Lie, I Don't Wanna See Her, Besame Mucho, Wayside, A Girl and Come Close To Me. Only ones left are Scream and Honor Among Thieves. I'll add a tag "WEWS" as time permits.
If you were around this scene in Cleveland in the late 1970s, you might remember Murray Saul's "Get Down" on WMMS. If you want to see and hear one check out videos by albydipped.

The classic track, given a rousing performance by the band.
