In the credit card rung, I would think American express has carved a nitch as the card everyone wants. There is a prestige factor associated with it. Visa and Mastercard seem to be trite. Every one has them, but people want Amex. Just like Mercedes.
very good info i work with a company and there product is in 4th or 5th place.they sell car care products and nobody paid attention to it everybody was like its just another one,why should they change? they have been buying the other bran for years!,why should they buy mine?? what i did to boost up sales i maid a full kit 5 in one in shrink rap it comes with 1 bottel of car cleaning product, tire shine, jumbo sponge, pva cloth(shamy), and a white cloth(balleta) and sales went up 75%.

Thanks for the tips. Don't you think RC Cola should re-think their can's image?, it doesn't look very appealing to me.
