  • Looks great already. An impressive layout:-))))

  • Finally, a hobbyist that is not scared of trackage. If one wants prototypical operation......if it fits..... put it in. Im sure you will have a blast operating this yard area. KUDOS to you!

  • wow!!!!!!!!!

  • Where if you dont mind, did the "scissers crossover" come from?.

    Very nice looking layout mate.

    5 Stars.

  • The double crossover is a Walthers/Shinohara turnout.

    Thanks for the compliment.

  • Walthers MFG# 948-8812

  • you have one damn nice layout! i hope to have my new one up and running within a year or two

  • how long did it take you to make all that

  • We started in October 2006. I only get down there once every 2 months, maybe even longer sometimes. My Dad did most of the bench work, He likes that part of the hobby. I do ALL of the scenery and structures. He couldn't care less about that part. Scenery is my favorite aspect of the hobby.

  • My clubmates and I laid a new yard that is about 60'x 5', clean straight ladders. KISS, keep it simple supid always works. Mainline code 100, yard and switches code 83, and use PECO switches. No need for ground throws, and they route the power.

  • looks complicated lol, but still looks very nice. VERY GOOD!

  • cool but you shouldnt have so many

  • Too many tracks? It is a classification yard. You need the space for car sorting.

  • great work looks good

  • waw nice worck
