Chapter VII...yes. A much better album than Alpha. Good to have seen Sonny Mayo progress well, hope he's doing okay, wherever he is now. I know other people think different; sure Alpha was powerful but that's all it was, it had little-to-no creativity or originality (Driven is the only exception, I love that track) that other 7D albums had. It still had the real 7D sound, it was just...soulless.

But that's just my opinion. :P

Cree had its moments, but they weren't really great until their third album. Most of the poblem was Scott Stapp being the ego maniacal assole he was (and probably still is). It's not until Alter Bridge started that you really got a sese of what Mark and Brian could do with their instruments.

Don't underestimate Clint vs. Tremonti? Come one man, Tremonti is the best guitarist in modern/hard rock today. Sevendust, instrumentally, has gotten much better since he left.
