1) To Use newsstand you have to tap the "store" button within newsstand (not live yet). Otherwise you are installing regular apps.

2) It was pretty clear that Siri is only avail. for the iPhone 4S. Besides, if you know anything about Apple you could infer that it would only be a feature of the iPhone 4S.

With Newsstand, you have wait until Wednesday and then that "Store button" in the Application will be clickable and Newsstand's Store will be open for business. Siri is an **iPhone 4S** only feature. Because the iPhone 4 has a single core processor, it would not be able to the handle the processing load Siri requires.

Hi, i am struggling with getting ios 5 gm (not jailbreaking im ok with that) i have itunes 5 beta 7 and i have ipodtouch 4 (5.0) ipsw. i restored my ipod touch to 4.3.5 then synced and then i shift +restore and selected the ipsw file which was iPod4,1_5.0_9A334_Restore. after it extracts, there was an error 3194 then after i fixed that error there was another. i really need help and i would greatly appriciate if anyone could help me ): PLEASE!!!!

The real reason they did not include Siri with the iOS5 upgrade for iPhone 4 is not that it cannot run it, it is basically their attempt to force those with iPhone 4 to upgrade to 4S for that on service. That is just low since before the keynote address the Siri app was available for iPhone 4 then they took it off the app store.
