@bluecove732 In a gust she cant handle she will simply turn up towards the wind and not blow over. It would take a large wave to actually roll you over.
You can go until the sail is in the water, and then some. Although, I would not suggest you do this. Bringing it over until the rail is in the water is not too bad. Ten to fifteen mph is fun. Fifteen to twenty is funner. Anything over 20 mph is starting to get too exciting. I've been in gusts to 40, no fun.
