Chess games are titled:

White Pieces - Black Pieces (year in which the game took place)

So

Anand - Kasparov (1995)

means that Anand was playing white, Kasparov is playing black, and the game was played in 1995.

Anand very easily didnt foresee 31... RxC2 because its not so obvious.
