We started with EON Systems right out of the gate, and we feel fortunate in our choice as we have not had to make any changes to our electronic practice needs in the 10 years we have been in business. The tech support has always been outstanding and as a company they have always grown with the times; they're never stagnant.
EON Systems' The Practice Solution software gets me out of here, so I don't have to hang around and finishing my billing. It's only takes me two minutes to get my billing for the whole week done. :-)
EON's Documentor EHR software is easy. I can also change things to say what I want it to say. The biggest thing is it saves me time!
First off, I find it sad that some people feel the need to knock a good product and company just because they weren't smart enough to figure out an incredibly simple program.
Secondly, I run a chiropractic office using EON Systems' software--The Practice Solution. The software makes my job SO much easier and we've seen a huge increase in collections since implemeting it. The training procedures to get off the ground we awesome and tailored exactly to what I needed. In short, TPS is AWESOME!
EON is an absolute nightmare of a company to do business with. The sales department will flat out lie to you about the software's capabilities while their tech support is the absolute worst I've seen in any company. Their billing software has even created whole batches of 'rogue claims' (fake charges) which were mixed in with our regular batches to be sent to the insurance companies. Their tech's response: 'wow...never seen that before...weird'. No solution given. This has happened twice.
EON Systems provided data about this incident to the BBB and they saw fit to remove the incident from our file. Our rating is currently A-. It is unfortunate that we could not resolve the problems with the doctor.
I purchased an Eons Systems office software and I can say that I would NEVER do business with this company again. I contacted the Better Business Bureau for help with my complaint and they were not able to help resolve it. The Better Business Bureau gave Eons an F rating at the end of my complaint process. My experience was a bad one to say the least and I hope it does not happen to anyone else.
