When I make pizza dough I make enough for 6 pizzas. I roll one out the dough and cook for 5 minutes and keep doing that till they are all done. The ones I don't need I freeze. When I need them I pull them out and put them together. No thawing time that way. The dough is already half cooked and cooks the rest of the way while baking. Great for fast homemade pizza fast with kids around. :-)
