with cats, all the performers are never stuck to just one character, they all kinda swap around until their best suited, its called understudying. it usual with plays. michaels played a few roles before i think and yes jacob brent did play pounce. and can anyone actually confirm for me if michale grubers gay ?? :( :( :( i want to marry that man and have little grubers running around with thighs jus as sexy as his lol. yeah im a bit obssessed yeh :)

No... the DVD cast is a mix of many different groups. Jemima for example is from the dutch production and Munkustrap was Pouncival in the production before the DVD

Actually, I just watched a whole bunch of Cats stuff, and on an interview with Jacob Brent, he said that HE'D played Pouncival, understudying Misto, before moving up to Misto. Perhaps that's what you meant? Because I've never heard that Michael played Pounce...

I meant what I said and said what I meant and a fangirl's for sure 100% ^_^ Yeah both played Pouncy but Michael I think only did it for a little while until they figured he was more suited for Munkus.

As confirmed previously, this is the 2003 Korean Tent Tour cast (majority of performers were Australian) - rehearsing in Sydney.

Munkustrap was Jarrod Carland, who went on to play Raoul in the World Tour of Phantom.

As I said previously- it was a mainly Australian cast and it was also a tent tour. The current "CATS" tour of Korea is not in the round/tent but a theatre tour. Definitely NOT the American tour....as I know a few of the cast in the clip!

yes it is the last korean tour of cats-with a mostly australian cast. the show is sung in english and has korean sub titles over the stage. This one was 2 years ago and there is a new one that started this week in daegu
