  • Oh hello! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my m8 got detailed 6 pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.

  • Great job young man ! Great ABS routine.....! I usually do my ABS mostly with weights do maintain its definition. I know its a bit more advance but that is the only way I can make it extremely ripped. But, your workout routine is great for everyone who like to have a strong core....! Overall, great work !

  • Well, I am exhausted after that workout. That is just from watching you do it. When I do sit-ups, I have a tendency to take a two-hour nap. They say sleeping makes you smarter. With this workout, and the naps that will likley be taken, I should be a genius by the end of the year. That was a great video.

  • Oh man, I could go on forever about what to eat lol. Forget the word diet lol, it's a lifestyle. Low fat, high protein foods. Fat free milk, egg whites, whole wheat bread, beans, stuff like that. No soda or junk foods.

  • I'm only starting your workout, and never really have done a proper workout routine before. I'm 15 years old, and I'm in good physical condition, not overweight or anything. What fraction of the amount of reps/time spent on each exercise would you recommend I do?

  • If you're just starting I'd do about 15-20 reps of each and maybe bring it up 5 every few weeks as you're comfortable. Good luck

  • honestly i think my way is best muscle confusion do like 10-20 of the leg up thingys then do like 30 scissor kicks then 20 crunches then repeat. do any core workout in combination with lots of others and it will build muscle 2x faster believe me i went from little scrawny kid to decent size muscles in 2 weeks

  • Depends on how you eat, and you have to do at least 20 minutes of cardio everyday. And I don't know your exact bodytype as well. Assuming you have average body maybe a few months?

  • the main thing u wana work out to get a higher jump especially for basketball is ur hip flexors. if u work those out every day ur vertical jump will get higher and higher

  • Thanks! I don't think I stressed enough how slow you should do these, lol. Make sure you go pretty slow with perfect as slow form, and minimize breaks. I say if any excercise sounds too hard, it must be a helluva workout =)

  • For building its not recommended to work the same muscles every day. the lactic acid you build up never fully dissipates if you do, and lactic acid stops the muscle growth
