Yes it is worth it,the price is decent and the aiming in this game has to be one of the best innovations since GTA.Extorting shops is very fun when you can slam the owners head into a cash register lol,and the story is entertaining to watch and play.I got this game for the 360 a while back I still dont regret the purchase.

basically, you stand a better chance of making cash. You can buy him out if you are respected enough, but he sometimes refuses, so you need to "rough him up a little" and take over. Buying out is simply a more honourable and better way to do it
