The first 3 seasons were brilliant then after the botwins move from agrestic to del mar it became less comedic and more dark and tragic. The first three seasons were better because the characters actually had dignity and were wealthy and lived in nice homes but after the 3rd season it got way to much into drugs n crime n became kinda depressing to watch the once affluent characters become drifters n potheads.

It's on Showtime, not cinemax, but yea, it's about a mom who lives in the suburbs with her 2 kids and starts dealing weed to maintain their life in the suburbs after her husband dies. Real good show, it's funny and shows you a different side of life in the suburbs, you should check it out.
