playing this game actually could prepare you more for drums than a guitar, because you dont learn a single note in this game, but you really work on timing, tempo, and rythm.

I don't mean for this to be a knock, but it seems as if you play on a fairly large delay. Recalibrate the settings so the delay isnt like a whole half second. It isnt the video lagging either, had that been the case, the audio would be slow as well. But all and all, well done, better than I can do.

but still in some cases (my dad and my brother) they have played guitar for a while now and they are quite good in the game also... first time me and my dad played (neither had played earlier) he won clearly.. so in some cases it helps.

I use it when there's plenty of notes. I will never fail any song on guitar hero, so I don't need it to get past hard sections, I need it to get more points. So when I know there's plenty of notes coming, I use my star power to pile on the points.
