There is an easier way.

HOld menu and up until it resets, and then when the apple icon is up, hold menu and left and you'll be in the administrator menu and you can put a theme on that way.

Did you Try to Ctrl alt delete, then going to processes, Ending ipodhelper.exe and Ipodservice.exe, and if you did, you should just check out the help forums on ipodwizard(dot)net there are usually answered questions on there

When I click on 'iPod' from the drop menu and then click 'Load iPod Firmware', it gives me an error that states, "error accessing iPod harddrive perimeters". please help me.

 Normally this is due to something else using the ipod. Close all other windows i.e iTunes, and see if it works now.
