Man, this movie just brings me back to the days, when television channels would play these types of films on Saturday's.

I remember seeing this, for the first time, on Commander USA's Groovy Movies.

The scene that starts at 4:37 is pure gold. It makes the whole movie worth while. Daniel Stern is great the way he spazzing and everyone else remains calm. "You're blind buddy!" and throws the man's suitcase.

I like the method the ceature was revealed on 8:22, with the music/thru the reflection. Kind of a shame we'd already seen the creature close up kill the old man earlier, cause this would have been a very good first glimpse scene

ya i know he really fell off the hollywood scene for no apparent reason i love daniel stern hes a great actor and as far as people saying this movie starts off slow it builds up thats how movies like this work the thing is the same way and its one of the best horror movies ever i mean theres already been two people eaten thats good for the beginning what are they supposed to be fighting them the whole movie that would be way too corny
