@shitbrick11249 hey i had the same problem when i was level 64 you have to do a miniquest 'hunt for someone i can't remember his name you have to follow him all around the tunnels and then you may enter hope i helped:D!

I attk the damn dust devil and i had 64/65 slayer realizing it lowered my stats i went into bork and couldn't hit the damn thing also couldn't tele which i though i could had exit portal. Then i went back and couldn't even go to kill Bork damn it.

You need to do the "Hunt for surok" miniquest before bork is unlocked.

he wanted to recharge his DFS but didn't want to kill the dragon,so he unequipped his whip and dfs but quickly realizing the dragon would pwn him,equipped his dfs again.
